Trinity Zion Armstrong, born on July 25, 2007, hails from Frisco, Texas, and has established herself as one of the most accomplished young defenders in American soccer. She currently plays professionally for San Diego Wave FC, where she signed at just 17 years old after helping lead the University of North Carolina to the 2024 NCAA National Championship in her lone college season — starting all 21 matches and earning ACC First Team and All-Freshman honors.
